This survey gives congregations and their leaders a picture of their ability to take up the difficult work of adaptive change. Your answers will aid your congregation in assessing whether or not they should take up the work of adaptive change. 1528 Collaborative will share the congregational results along with analysis and recommendations. Your answers are completely anonymous. We ask only for the name of your congregation and whether or not you serve that congregation as a leader. By completing the survey and submitting it, you are giving consent for 1528 Collaborative to use your answers in our research.
