About LR:  Leadership Richardson, a program of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, has more than 1,300 graduates who are leading positive change in their communities.  The purpose of the program is to build a pipeline of leaders who want to connect with others, learn about issues and grow personally to create positive change.
