Small Group Personal Training Survey

Group personal training (3-8 clients) is suitable for individuals who are seeking trainer-designed, efficient workouts and who welcome the motivation and accountability that a group provides. This style of training requires participants to be familiar with cardiovascular and strength training prior to beginning sessions, as one-on-one attention is not available throughout the entire session. Participants must commit to attending all sessions as agreed upon by the trainer and participating clients. New clients must have the trainer’s approval before taking part in group personal training sessions.
