NYSASBO School Lunch Survey

The Governor has proposed a Farm to School Initiative that would reimburse school districts 25 cents per meal for lunch only when a school district reaches the threshold of 30% of total food purchased from New York sources (farmers, processors, etc.). The NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets has asked us to gather data that could impact the design and implementation of this proposed Farm to School Initiative. We would greatly appreciate if you or someone on your staff would complete the brief nine question survey below by February 23rd. This is an opportunity to provide our input before the proposal is included in a final state budget.
