LEAD UNITED APPLICATION Lead United is United Way of Greater Cleveland’s affinity group for mid-career professionals. The purpose of the program is to develop board-ready civic leaders with a particular focus on building United Way’s pipeline and completing the organization’s. Over a two-year period, cohort participants will participate in the following quarterly leadership development sessions, Board of Directors training and committee involvement, volunteerism, and mentorship activities. Efforts will culminate in a capstone project completed in year two of the program.The application contains short-answer questions and requires a letter of recommendation.
