  • The Albemarle Holiday Tour of Homes is a special opportunity to showcase the beautiful, historic, unique, renovated, and well-loved homes that make our community special. Homes do not have to be historic, professionally decorated, or elaborately decorated for Christmas to be considered. Sometimes it is the architecture, history, renovations, decorating style, family story, or simply the character of a home that makes it a wonderful stop on the Tour.
  • The Holiday Tour of Homes is also a fundraiser for Albemarle Downtown, helping support downtown historic preservation and beautification efforts, small-business property improvements, and events and initiatives that help our downtown and community continue to grow.
  • Completing this form does not commit a homeowner to participating. It simply gives our Holiday Tour of Homes Committee an opportunity to learn more about the home and follow up.
