6.If nominating for an office bearer position, please provide a candidate statement, which should not exceed 250 words, this will be used should we need to go to an election for a position.

7.Following the closure of the nominations, the NAWIC national will contact all those who;
• have been nominated by others (and have not self-nominated) and confirm their acceptance of the nomination
• are the only person nominated for a particular office bearer role and confirm acceptance of the nominated position
• have been nominated for a position which has two, or more people nominated
An election will only be held for those roles which have two or more nominees or in the case of two nominees, where the Board has not approved a co-office bearer role.
