This survey will ask about your satisfaction with your CCA designation, the activities of the Ontario CCA Association and your feedback on what could be done better. We also have three questions at the beginning of the survey to help us understand the demographics of our Ontario CCA membership, e.g. age range, type of employment, and how long you expect to maintain your CCA designation.

The results of this survey will help guide the Ontario CCA Board in developing a new strategic plan for the Ontario CCA Association. Your opinions are very important, thank you for sharing them with us. Participants can enter their email address for a chance to win a $100 Visa gift card.
