The Kentucky Chamber's Next Generation Leadership Council brings together rising business leaders from across industries and regions to help shape Kentucky’s economic future and engage on issues impacting employers.

Ideal nominees are under 40, employed by a Kentucky Chamber member organization, demonstrated leaders in their workplace or community, and interested in Kentucky’s growth. Members will serve two-year terms and participate in quarterly meetings.
