Excellence in Workplace Wellbeing (Operators over 251 sites)

This award recognises an organisation in the licensed hospitality community that has demonstrated a strong commitment to workplace wellbeing, by supporting their people, embedding a culture of care, and setting an example for the wider sector.

Whether it’s through wellbeing initiatives, open conversations, or sharing our LTC support tools, we want to recognise suppliers that make mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing a priority for their teams.

At our LTC Awards and Fundraising Dinner on 2nd October 2025, we will celebrate the individuals and organisations that help us to transform the lives of the licensed hospitality people.

How to Enter

Nominating your organisation is easy! Tell us in 500 words how your organisation championed wellbeing, whether that's within your team or across your organisation.

We'd also love to see some examples - the more creative, the better!

You can upload anything that helps bring your submission to life, including:

- Internal comms or wellbeing campaigns

- Training sessions or initiatives

- Screenshots from newsletters or social posts

- Videos: for example, a message from your team or a quick walkthrough of what you’ve done
