Conditions of Application


1. The issue of this application does not commit LPSC to proceed with any offer of a stall.

2. LPSC will advise the applicant whether or not its application has been considered and the outcome of that consideration.

3. Each stallholder will be required to carry Public Liability Insurance with a cover of $20 million.

4. Each stallholder preparing, handling and selling food will be required to carry a valid Safe Food Handling Certificates.

5. No fee is payable once an application has been successfully assessed.

6. Application must be fully completed by Monday 22 February 2021.
 
7. There will be no refunds or transfers if stallholders do not turn up on the day.
 
8. All persons attending with Stallholder must register their attendance for COVID Contact Tracing purposes. Person can be refused attendance if not register via TryBooking if capacity is full.

9. All Stallholders must complete & attached a valid COVID-19 Safety Plan to be approved as a stallholder for this event.
 a. Stallholders selling food must complete a "Restaurants & Cafes" COVID-19 Safety Plan
 b. All other stallholders are must complete a "Non-food Markets" COVID-19 Safety Plan
These plans will be reviewed and you will be notified if your Safety Plan and Application is deemed successful.


Stall Holder Responsibilities

Read and sign all documents as required
  • Must complete the relevant COVID-19 Safety Plan
  • Must be able to present a complete COVID-19 Plan at event and adhere to all requirements presented in plan
  • Must arrive and set up within the designated time period
  • Responsible for their stall/display which must be supervised at all times
  • Must ensure that all goods/equipment for sale is safe and meets relevant safety standards and requirements
  • Interact politely and appropriately with event participants and other stall holders
  • Electricity connections/leads must be tagged and weatherproof and away from public traffic areas
  • Beware of any risk and ensure stall areas remain safe at all times
  • Must comply with industry standard relating to their activity and relevant regulation
  • Responsibility for power source is held solely on Stall Holder.
  • Must immediately notify the Coordinator in the event of an emergency
  • Must pack up at the agreed time and ensure there is no obstruction or inconvenience to the public or any other participant
  • Ensure that the area is left clean and without damage or risk to the public or any other participant
  • If needing to leave early for any reason notify the Coordinator in order to arrange for departure and moving of equipment safely.
