AMRRP and ACIP proudly sponsor this lively and interactive seminar, presenting topics and tips to help you steer clear of major legal pitfalls that we see as repetitive sources of litigation and share counsel’s insight into how to address these issues, avoid litigation where possible, and maximize the chance of successful litigation outcomes.

We will seek AZPOST credit for 3 hours of instruction, and  are timing this instruction with the hopes that those attendees from the farther reaches of the State will be able to attend and return to their agencies all in one day.
