Dear parents and guardians,
Every year the Live Oak School Board and administration take a careful look at the health and vibrancy of our school in the form of the Annual Survey. Our objective is to understand what parents and guardians think the school is doing effectively and, conversely, what areas should be improved. The Board reviews all responses. The more parents and guardians who participate in the survey, the more accurate our assessment will be. Your feedback will be used to recognize our strengths and challenges, and make necessary changes where possible. Our goal is at least one response for each student at Live Oak Charter School.
We encourage you to be completely candid and sincere. It should be noted that the survey is anonymous and all responses are confidential. The Board will provide a summary of survey responses to the community later in the spring.
