2026 Point-in-Time Count Volunteer Registration

The Point in Time (PIT) is an annual survey of unhoused individuals in Montgomery County who are residing in sheltered and unsheltered environments. This year the count for the unsheltered will be conducted on:

Wednesday, January 28, 2026 starting at 8 p.m. through

3 a.m. on Thursday, January 29, 2026.

We need help completing the point-in-time survey. Volunteers will receive training on Wednesday, January 28th and will be going out in teams to designated locations where we believe unsheltered persons may be located.

If you are able to volunteer, please register by filling out the 2026 Point-in-time Volunteer Registration Form.

The in-person training is mandatory for all volunteers, and light refreshments will be provided.
