The Community Foundation of Southwest Indiana (CFSWI) is working with Transform Consulting Group (TCG) to complete a needs assessment and develop strategic grantmaking guidance across the nine counties CFSWI serves: Daviess, Gibson, Knox, Perry, Pike, Posey, Spencer, Vanderburgh, and Warrick.
In Daviess County, CFSWI is working in partnership with Our Community Foundation to complete this needs assessment.
This survey asks what you see in the communities you serve: the most pressing needs, gaps in services, barriers residents face, and opportunities to make a difference. We want to hear from leaders and staff of nonprofits, schools, government and human service agencies, health care providers, faith-based organizations, businesses, and other community organizations that serve residents or employ people in this region.
How this survey works: A few questions ask about your organization. Most ask about one specific county, so that each county's results reflect people who know it well. If your organization serves several counties, you will choose the county you know best, and you may answer for a second county if you wish. If you work in a multi-county organization, please also share this survey with colleagues who lead your work in other counties.
Your responses will be kept confidential, and results will be shared only in summarized form. The survey takes about 15-20 minutes. Please submit your responses by November 25.
