Introduction

This survey is meant for SUPPLIERS AND MANUFACTURERS who are involved in the provision of Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) to people with disabilities. The purpose is to gather information to identify the uses, benefits, and concerns regarding the utilization of remote services and telehealth in the CRT provision process. The responses will also help in the development of standards and policies relating to making this a permanent option post COVID-19. Your individual responses will not be publicly shared.
