Carnegie-Stout/Dubuque County Library Shared Service Survey

The Carnegie-Stout Public Library and the Dubuque County Library District are discussing potential areas for cooperation which would improve service to their patrons. We need your help as we discuss whether or not we could implement the service outlined below.
