* SALUTE TO EXCELLENCE AWARDS DINNER

The Salute to Excellence Awards Dinner takes place Sunday, March 5, 2023, at 6:30 pm. The Salute recognizes winners from the ProStart competition (which concludes Sunday afternoon), FRLAEF Scholarship recipients, and Hospitality Excellence Award recipients.

You and your competing HTM students are invited to be our complimentary guests at the Salute. Attending the Salute is a great way for your students to experience an event first-hand that is similar to the Hospitality Project portion of the HTM competition.

* NOMINATE A STUDENT FOR HOSPITALITY EXCELLENCE AWARD

The Hospitality Excellence Award is designed to give recognition to the most outstanding HTM student from each HTM program in Florida.

You may select your Hospitality Excellence Award recipient using your own criteria. However the selected student should be pursuing a culinary or hospitality career. Honored students will be recognized with a certificate during the Salute to Excellence Awards on Sunday, March 5, 2023. If the student you are recognizing is not a competing team member, we will give the certificate to you to present to your student at school.

Only one student per school may be recognized.
