Voters do not see the need for NHS reform so change feels ideological rather than as a way of getting better value for money in an era when the money has run out.
If we don't reform the NHS and get better value for existing investment the Government will soon be under massive pressure to increase the health budget.
Andrew Lansley has done a good job at explaining the NHS reforms.
If the NHS reforms go wrong it will be hard for David Cameron to win the next election.
