Cat/Kitten Surrender Application Form
We understand that taking care of a pet is a big commitment, and that sometimes circumstances make it difficult to continue to care for your cat.
If you have tried all other avenues and you are unable to keep your cat, we might be able to help. Fill out this form and we will assess your application as soon as possible.
Please note that this is an application to surrender only, and Street Cat Alliance is under no obligation to take on your cat/s. We are a small rescue and therefore have limited funds and resources. We will assess your circumstances, along with our ability to take on your cat/s at this time, and advise you of the outcome as soon as possible.
Whilst we do not charge a surrender fee, donations* towards the costs of caring for your cat whilst finding its new home are greatly appreciated. Examples of some of the costs associated with caring for our cats include:
* $80 per month for food, litter and parasite treatment/control (the average stay for our cats is 3 months)
* $150 for vaccinations (1st dose plus booster)
* $200 for desex (average spey/neuter)

*By completing this form, you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over and you are the legal owner of this animal, or the legal owner has authorised you to surrender this animal.
