Declaration of Enrollment for Early Childhood 2020-2021 Programs

This information will be used to determine enrollment and capacity for the 2020-2021 school year.  Please note that when selecting a program, parents are authorizing the JCC to make changes to their child's original registration as per the 2020-2021 Guidebook and pricing.  If an age group is over enrolled, school will notify parents of a lottery. Please remember that you are declaring your child's enrollment for the school year, there will be no changes or refunds once school starts.
