The Planning Commission of Bradford Woods
is currently working with the community to develop our

2027 Comprehensive Plan

The Comprehensive Plan is a 10 year plan that will outline existing conditions in Bradford Woods, describe future goals and identify objectives for future needs and development. Your feedback on key areas will help shape the plan for Bradford Woods. The plan will include implementable actions for achieving these goals and objectives. The Bradford Woods Comprehensive Plan will address the following topics:
- Local Government
- Future Growth and Land Use
- Housing and Neighborhoods
- Economic Development
- Transportation and Mobility
- Infrastructure and Utilities
- Parks, Natural Resources and the Environment

We invite you to participate in our community's planning process! Please complete by April 30, 2026
The results of this community questionnaire will be tabulated and documented for use in preparing the Comprehensive Plan.
Your participation and input will be a valuable resource for our community. The individual results will be kept confidential within the Planning Committee. The combined survey results will be shared and discussed with the Borough residents in a public meeting planned for May 2026

Note: Two adults per household may complete this survey. If you have children/others in your household who would like to give input, please include their concerns and needs for future planning when answering your questions.
