AUGSA/AU Collective Agreement Approval Process

The Athabasca University Graduate Students' Association (AUGSA) and Athabasca University (AU) have recently come to an agreement on proposed revisions to the AU/AUGSA collective agreement for all academically employed Graduate Student Research Assistants (RA) at AU. This proposal includes a historical 12% increase in wages over the next four years.

We welcome all feedback and considerations prior to making any final recommendations for approval at the online AUGSA Council meeting on November 25th, 2025 at 6PM MST. All RA's are encouraged to attend that meeting. Attendance can be confirmed here.
