Please help with our campaign to stop stigma around Mental Health

The Healthy Minds Green Spaces campaign is a collaborative public mental health initiative led by The Leap, in partnership with Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership and Bradford District and Craven Mind. It delivers a long-term, stigma-reducing campaign designed to increase use of the Healthy Minds website and Guide-Line telephone service, particularly in communities and places with the highest levels of need.

The Approach
The campaign brings mental health support into everyday life, combining:
-Physical installations in parks, walking routes, and community spaces
-Digital and social media campaigns
-Community-led co-design and engagement
By placing messages where people walk, gather, and scroll, the campaign creates a visible, familiar and trusted presence

We would like you to suggest messages that encourage people to seek help for their mental health needs. These phrases may then be used with social media, leaflets and posters across Bradford District and Craven in the coming months. We are looking for phrases from different communities across the area - some of these might be unique to your community and some might be used across a number of communities - we are interested in hearing them all! This is a brand new campaign and we need your help please.

All you have to do is submit your suggestion in the box below.
