LMA Capital Chapter Your Honor Awards 2015

Please use this ballot to nominate individual members and/or groups of members who have achieved distinction through service to our Chapter between January 1, 2014 – August 1, 2015.

All current members in good standing in the LMA Capital Chapter are eligible for these prestigious awards, and all LMA Capital Chapter members are eligible to submit nominations and are encouraged participate. LMA Capital Chapter members may nominate their firm for the Big Idea and Capital Engagement awards. For the Member of the Year and Hall of Fame awards, LMA Capital Chapter members outside a member’s firm or company must make the nomination. LMA Board members (National and Capital Chapter) are not eligible for nomination.

Alternative Application: As an alternative to using the Capital Chapter application, you may submit your National Your Honor Awards application (for the appropriate Capital Chapter category) by emailing it to Helena Lawrence at hlawrence@orrick.com.

Deadline: The deadline for nominations is Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Awards will be presented at an LMA Capital Chapter event. If you have any questions, please contact Helena Lawrence at hlawrence@orrick.com.

Big Idea: Please provide your nomination for the Big Idea award. – How has your PR, advertising, technology or business development strategy raised the bar, and what can LMA Capital Chapter members learn from your success? What is a marketing or business development strategy or initiative your firm has put into action that has produced measurable results? The Big Idea award is presented to the chapter member(s) who have brought their marketing efforts to the next level and whose actions can provide solutions that will help motivate colleagues facing similar challenges.

Capital Engagement: Please provide your nomination for the Capital Engagement award. – How have you taken a charitable and community service program or a pro bono project and aligned it with the strategic marketing initiatives of your firm or practice? The Capital Engagement award is presented to the chapter members(s) whose program has made an impact of the Washington, D.C. community and reflects the values and strategy of their firm.

Hall of Fame: Please provide your nominee for Hall of Fame. – This award is given to an individual who has made significant contribution to the legal marketing industry, the Capital Chapter and its members, and has consistently demonstrated the highest levels of contribution and leadership. Capital Chapter members in good standing who have been actively involved in legal marketing for a minimum of 10 years are eligible for consideration.
