1.Announce (April 3, 2026): Initial notification of the scheduled upgrade date.
2.Prepare (April 17, 2026): Confirmation of the upgrade date, expected duration, and any required post-upgrade actions.
3.Inform Start (April 25, 2026): Notification of upgrade start.
4.Inform Complete (April 25, 2026): Notification of successful upgrade completion.
