Prematurity Collaborative Framework Solutions

We are utilizing Results Based Accountability to build a framework for our work to address racial inequities in preterm birth.
We have determined six root causes or key factors to racial inequities in preterm birth: 1) racism, 2)implicit bias, 3) poverty, 4) environmental conditions, 5) inadequate access to quality health care, and 6) toxic stress/poor health
We identified the  strategies for each of these root causes. Strategies are defined as the overarching approach-set of coherent actions with the power to reach the root factor or the theory of change.

Now we would like input on the solutions for each of the strategies. Solutions are defined as discrete actions one can take within a strategy to impact the root cause we could employ to target our key factor of racism.
