Affiliate of the Year Application |
The Affiliate of the Year award is the highest honor given to an HPBA Affiliate. This award is given to an affiliate that excels in outreach, advocacy, and industry support and recognizes an affiliate for their best practices and accomplishments in their local regions.
Complete the questions to the best of your ability and knowledge. Questions asked reflect how the entries will be scored by the judges. However, we cannot anticipate all types of contributions that could be made for each category, so please share reasons you believe the applicant deserves the award within the application fields.
