Introduction
Organizations need to support leaders in how to effectively lead in a hybrid work environment.  People and growth-minded leadership is more important than ever and preparing leaders to adapt to change is essential. Identifying and developing the right leadership competencies and implementing a highly impactful leadership development program are critical success factors.

Brandon Hall Group research finds that about one-third of organizations expect more than half of their workforce to work primarily remotely after the company’s optimal “return to the workplace” strategy is implemented. Fewer than 5% expect to have no remote workers at all. Legacy leadership models will need to adapt to this new reality, and having the right mindset and measurement models will be components of a successful leadership program. Issues this research will explore includes:
  • What adjustments have you made to leadership skills and competencies for the hybrid workplace?
  • What leadership needs are different for in-person or remote workers?
  • What technologies have been adopted to meet new demands?
  • What technologies will be adopted in the future?
  • What are the biggest challenges presented by leading a hybrid workforce?
  • What are you doing to overcome those challenges?
The survey will take 8-10 minutes to complete. To show our appreciation for your time, those who complete the survey and provide their email will:
  • Receive summary results of the survey after data analysis. (6-8 weeks after launch)
  • Immediate download access to the Brandon Hall Group ebook, Developing More Great Leaders in the Age of Hybrid Work
Your survey responses will remain confidential and your name will not be given to any external parties. Your information will only be used for aggregate research purposes, or to deliver survey results or the complementary research report. If you agree to a qualitative research interview, you might be contacted by one of our analysts.

Thanks in advance for your help with this research project,
