Introduction

If you’ve always wanted to run a creative writing residency in your school but you need financial assistance to make it happen, you can apply now for a Live Literature school residency.
Residency schools receive a package of support that represents over £4,000 of funding based on the application below. This includes 14 fully-funded sessions with an author, a £500 resources grant, training sessions for project co-ordinators and the support of Scottish Book Trust’s experienced team to make your project the best it can be. Author sessions could be delivered in person or remotely, so each residency can be adapted according to what will best work for you and your pupils.
