Disability Assessment in the EU Member States

Thank you for participating in our survey. Your feedback will help us understand the different types of disability assessment methods used in EU countries. It will also help us understand the biggest problems linked to disability assessment.

Disability assessment is a process used to determine if a person has a disability or not. It is also used to prove what type of disability or condition a person has. Disability assessment is important because a person can use it as proof that they have a disability. Having a disability assessment recognised means that the person is usually able to access support through services or a financial allowance. 

The survey will take an estimated 10 minutes to complete. Although the questions are in English, you can reply in your own language.

The European Disability Forum is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This survey is entirely anonymous and the individual responses will not be retained by EDF after the closure of the survey and the creation of the survey report.
