Description: Developing a strong network can enhance your efficacy as a leader, and, when done well, leads to relationships that last for a lifetime. In this session, we’ll explore how to develop diverse and meaningful inter-professional relationships. From job offers, to career changes, to mentorship, a well-rounded network will provide a platform for opportunities throughout the various stages of your career. This interactive session will include topics such as active listening, mentor courtship, healthy boundaries, professional relationship maintenance, and building a virtual presence online.
