Please fill out the survey below. If your organization qualifies, they will be invited to submit a grant application for 2026. You can view the Foundation's guidelines here. Please note: Nominating an organization does not guarantee that they will receive a grant.

The deadline to complete a nomination for the 2026 grant cycle is May 28, 2026. Nominations received after May 28 will be invited to apply in 2027.
