Randolph Road | Historic Grove Center Revitalization

Hello from the East Tennessee Community Design Center!

Several local organizations (The Grove Center Merchants, the Oak Ridge Arts, History, Cultural Alliance, the Historic Grove Theater, and the Oak Ridge Civic Music Association) are exploring ideas to revitalize Randolph Road, a city-owned area between the Grove Theatre and a nearby shopping center. The project aims to improve landscaping, pedestrian safety, and the overall character of the area while maintaining the current number of parking spaces.
