The Town of Amherstburg is developing a community seniors needs assessment plan with assistance from a grant received from the Provincial Ministry of Seniors and Accessibility.   An inclusive, age-friendly community is one where people with different levels of physical and mental abilities and older adults are supported to live in a welcoming, safe environment where they enjoy good health and participate fully in the community.    Work on the plan is underway and will be completed by March 31st 2022.   This survey is one of several community consultation initiatives seeking input from older adults, seniors and people living with disabilities.  All responses are confidential and will take about 10 minutes to complete.  Your answers will help us to better identify unmet needs and develop strategies to present to Council.   Please complete this survey by December 10th 2022.
