The Bike Safety Education Training is a 6-hour, on-bike training for educators from a variety of arenas to learn how to conduct on-bike Bike Safety Education for youth in grades 4-7. This training will prepare attendees to teach a 10-hour on-bike Bike Safety Education class to students. The curriculum is adaptable, but is primarily focused on benchmarks for youth ages 9-12. The BTA's curriculum is delivered to more than 10,000 Oregon students every year and is considered a national model for on-bike education.
