ACYI is focused on supporting Collective Impact around the Cradle to Career Outcomes.  Since 2012, we have supported the convening of Action Teams that served as a 'gathering of the minds' around the Outcomes.  These groups have participated in meaningful dialogue with many positive outcomes as a result. 

As we look to 2017, our Strategic Priorities include a strong focus on supporting results orientated work. Our plan is to revamp the former Action Teams into sessions where action is the primary focus. 

These "gatherings" (as we are temporarily referring to them) will consist of the following:
  1. Data Walks focused on the Cradle to Career Outcomes.
  2. Stories of Impact (highlight of interventions that are working) and Lessons Learned (examples of 'Failing Forward') - yes, you read that right. We are practicing Continuous Improvement and we are going to empower this dialogue.
  3. Determining Strategies the collective should Adopt, Adapt or Abandon.
  4. Application of LEAN Continuous Improvement Strategies on opportunities identified by Partners
  5. Cross sector Engagement and Dialogue
  6. Resource and Policy Alignment
