The following survey is intended to collect stakeholder input about the Promote Opportunity with Electric Readiness for Underdeveloped Properties (POWER UP) program announced in Governor Kathy Hochul’s State of the State and enacted in the FY 26 budget as a $300m over 3 years initiative.
