Welcome to your online pre-departure tutorial.

This tutorial is for students who have been successful in gaining approval to undertake an overseas experience to complement the studies at the Charles Darwin University. This tutorial will examine travel warnings, health risks, insurance cover, and cultural advice.

Charles Darwin University is committed to protecting the privacy of all members of  the University community. The University will act responsibly to collect, manage, use and disclose personal information in accordance with the prevailing community standards of best practice, the Northern Territory Information Act 2002 and any other privacy-related legislation. For more information regarding privacy concerns please email privacy@cdu.edu.au. The management of your personal information will be safeguarded against misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Security, integrity and accuracy of information is governed by the University's Information and Communication Technologies Security Policy and Records Management Policy and related procedures. Generally, information will be destroyed or permanently de-identified when it is no longer required; however some information is required to be kept permanently under the University's Records Management - Retention and Disposal of University Records Procedure.
