Saudi Food and Drugs Authority-SFDA is working on preparing a guideline for safe and effective management of medical devices within healthcare facilities.

The guideline intends to describe the best practices associated with the elements of life cycle of a device within a hospital starting from planning, till removing from service and disposing.

This survey solicits feedback of professionals involved in medical device management within hospitals on topics to include in such a guideline.
