Thank you for your interest in the Canal Winchester Chamber's inaugural Leadership Program! Developed in coordination with local executive coaches and business leaders, Leadership Canal Winchester provides experienced and emerging leaders with a meaningful investment, both in themselves and in our community.
Participates will explore:
• Canal Winchester's history, city services and community priorities
• Connect with local leaders
• Experience behind-the-scenes tours
• Engage in mindful leadership training and interactive learning
• Collaborate on a meaningful community service project.
Program Commitment
• Full participation is expected.
• No more than two absences will be permitted during the program to graduate.
Community Project
• During the 9-month program, participants will collaborate on a group service project. This project will require some additional time outside of scheduled sessions.
• Project topic(s) will be determined by the interests and ideas of the group.
