This activity has been submitted to the International Association of Forensic Nurses for approval to award contact hours. The
International Association of Forensic Nurses is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American
Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. 44.5 Contact Hours have been applied for to be awarded.

No partial credit/CEUs will be given.  Attendance of all 40+ hours of this course is required to complete this training and to meet International Forensic Nursing standards.

Cancellation policy:  Full refund minus $50 administrative fee will be given up to 14 days prior to beginning of training.  No refund with less than 14 days cancellation notice. 

Payment of $550 or confirmation of scholarship is expected no later than 15 days prior to the month you have indicated for training. .  Checks payable to 5.1.5 Forensics or payments may be made online (plus online handling fee).
