November 2023 5km Erg Test Submissions

Please use this form to submit your 5km erg testing results.

U19, U21, U23 and World Uni tests should be completed from the 1st of October to the 19th of November.

International-based U23 nominees can submit a 5km or 6km test between the 1st of October and the 1st December 2023.

Elite athletes have until the 11th of December to submit their 5km.
