Craft & Mobile Food Vendor Registration

We are updating our list of Craft and Mobile Food vendors for future events.

Your information is kept private and will not be shared.

There is no charge/fee to register.

Business License and Health Permit information is not required to be added to our vendor list.  This information may be needed when participating  in an event in the City of Barstow limits.

2.What products will you be selling or will this be an information booth only?(Required.)
3.Enter your Business Licence Number if you are selling products.
4.If available, please upload a copy of your business license.

6.If available, please upload a copy of your San Bernardino County Health Permit.
