Regional Training and Cross-Sector Collaboration Sessions
Supported by a NYS Health grant, HCA and sepsis leaders are holding in-depth training sessions across New York State for all home care and applicable providers on sepsis, steps for provider adoption and clinical application of the sepsis screening tool, clinical case application, integration into agency procedures and records, and more.
New Session and Cancellation: Two sessions in this series remain. HCA had originally scheduled a March 8 session in Port Washington, but this has been cancelled due to winter weather. If you had originally registered for this session, please use the form below to change your registration to our March 9 session (also on Long Island) or choose to attend a new March 23 session. Location details are below. We also welcome new registrations to either session.
Who should attend? Home care agencies, hospitals, physician practices, EMS, health plans and other community partners.
Faculty will include: HCA, IPRO, Sepsis Alliance, Rory Staunton Foundation for Sepsis Prevention, and invited state, national, and cross-sector partners.
