Long Island Leadership Initiative Annual Survey 2020-2021

This survey has three parts. In the first part, we want to hear your feedback about the Leadership Initiative program activities and how they may have impacted your leadership. In the second part, we ask you to think about your leadership skills, need, and interests. And in the third part, we want to know you and your career.
