Lean In Canada Membership Survey

Thank you for participating in this survey. By answering this call to action you will help us better understand our membership, and not only increase our capability to support the networks and circles here in Canada but enable us to bring you more programming and content that makes sense for you, our members. Additionally, we seek to create an ambition that is specific and measurable, your generosity in filling out this form will help us to create targets that will be lofty, achievable and make sense for you as our members.

We will draw at least 10 names to receive $10 gift cards. Fill out the survey by February 21st, and enter your email at the end for a chance to win.

Notes: The groups identified here are aligned with Canada's four protected groups plus the 2SLGBTQIA+ group.

The form will not track email addresses and you will not be contacted about your answers, unless you enter your email in a free form box or asked to be contacted.

Usage: The specific Information will be stored in survey monkey for a period of 24 months from closure of the survey and will only be accessed by the Lean In Canada board. Thereafter, all information gathered will be aggregated for storage and presentation formats.
