Supporting Parents with Intellectual Disability

This survey is simply to gather the contact details and roles of people across Australia who are concerned for parents with Intellectual Disability and their children and have an interest in potential future collaborations. The list will be held by Inclusion Australia (formerly the National Council on Intellectual Disability).  The survey is coming from Developmental Disability WA because of the concern we have for the parents we are meeting and the poor experiences they can have across many systems.  If you are receiving this survey and share this interest, please complete and return.  Also feel free to forward the link with others you may know with shared interests in supporting parents with Intellectual Disability.
