Values, Vision and Mission Statement.

Values: The core values we share as members of an organization help us to identify what is good and just. They guide difficult judgements. A deep understanding of the centre of gravity and range of values of everyone in the organization creates a foundation on which to build a common vision.

Vision: The desired end state the organization wishes to see.

Mission: How the activies of the organization will bring about the vision.
