Mental Health and Substance Use Coercion Survey

This survey is conducted by the National Domestic Violence Hotline in partnership with the National Center on Domestic Violence, Trauma and Mental Health and StrongHearts Native Helpline. The purpose of this survey is to collect information to learn more about the lived experiences of those impacted by domestic violence/relationship abuse in relation to mental health and substance use. No identifying information will be collected — this survey is for age 18+ and is anonymous, confidential, and completely optional for those wanting to share more about these experiences.
